注册用户须为具备完全民事行为能力的自然人，或依法设立并有效存续的法人及其他组织。用户应保证所提交的主体资格证明材料真实、合法、有效。

A registrant shall be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct, or a legal entity or other organization duly established and validly existing in accordance with law. The user shall ensure that all supporting documents evidencing its qualification are true, lawful and valid.

用户须如实、准确、完整地提供注册信息及货物相关信息，并对信息的真实性负责。因信息不实、不完整或未及时更新所产生的一切后果，由用户自行承担。

The user shall provide registration information and shipment-related particulars truthfully, accurately and completely, and shall be responsible for the authenticity thereof. All consequences arising from any false, incomplete or non-updated information shall be borne by the user.

用户应妥善保管账号及密码，不得转让、出借或授权任何第三方使用。因用户保管不善或主动泄露导致的账号被盗用、信息泄露及其他损失，由用户自行承担。

The user shall keep its account and password in safe custody and shall not transfer, lend or authorize any third party to use the same. Any loss arising from misuse or unauthorized access caused by negligent custody or voluntary disclosure by the user shall be borne by the user.

用户不得托运法律法规禁止或限制进出口的货物，不得瞒报、伪报品名、数量、价值或货物属性。因违规申报引发的扣货、查验、罚款及其他损失，由用户承担。

The user shall not consign goods prohibited or restricted from import or export under applicable laws, and shall not conceal or misdeclare the description, quantity, value or nature of the goods. Any detention, inspection, penalty or other loss arising from non-compliant declaration shall be borne by the user.

平台有权根据法律法规及业务需要，对用户账号及服务权限进行审核、暂停或终止，并在采取相关措施前依法履行通知义务。

The platform reserves the right to review, suspend or terminate the user's account and service access in accordance with applicable laws and business needs, and shall give notice as required by law prior to taking such measures.

用户应遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及平台规则，不得利用平台从事任何违法违规活动，不得干扰平台正常运营，不得损害平台及其他用户的合法权益。

The user shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the platform rules, and shall not engage in any unlawful activity, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of the platform or other users.

平台将依法收集、使用用户个人信息，仅用于提供服务及履行法律义务，具体规则以《隐私政策》为准。

The platform will collect and use personal information in accordance with law, solely for the purpose of providing services and discharging legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.

用户使用平台服务即视为已阅读并同意本须知及平台其他相关规则。因不可抗力、第三方原因或用户自身原因造成的服务中断或损失，平台在法律允许范围内不承担责任。

Use of the platform services shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and other relevant rules of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any service interruption or loss caused by force majeure, third parties or the user itself.

本注册事项最终解释权归广州妙林货运代理有限公司所有。

The final interpretation right of these Registration Terms shall belong to Guangzhou MiaoLin Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd.
